The original hot yoga, this spine-focused yoga is performed in our hottest environment (traditional Bikram temperature and humidity). The practice consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. A traditional class is 90 minutes and every posture is practiced twice with the exception of the final spine twist. In the Express version of this class, it is 60 minutes and all postures are practiced once.
